3. Processed Data

HiredFast only processes data necessary for the use of the service, namely:

  • The CV you provide (PDF or DOCX formats)
  • The job offer description you enter

These data are not stored by HiredFast and are not subject to any retention on our servers.

4. Transmission to a Third-Party Service (AI)

To provide analysis and generation features, data is transmitted punctually to a third-party artificial intelligence service, namely the Gemini API (Google). In accordance with the provider's terms, data transmitted via the API is not used for model training purposes when appropriate privacy options are enabled.

5. Data Processing Mode

  • Data is prepared locally on your device
  • It is transmitted securely (HTTPS) to the Gemini API for processing
  • The generated responses are sent back to your device
  • No data is stored or persisted by HiredFast after the response

6. Purposes of Processing

Data is used exclusively to:

  • Analyze your CV's compatibility with ATS systems
  • Generate personalized optimization recommendations
  • Produce a CV and/or cover letter adapted to a given offer

No secondary use is performed.

7. Data Retention

  • HiredFast keeps no copy of your personal data
  • Data is retained only on your device
  • Retention conditions of the third-party provider are subject to its own policy

8. Data Security

Technical measures implemented:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
  • Minimal data transmission
  • No server-side storage by HiredFast

9. Your Rights
